The Journal of Ethics in Leadership (hereafter JEL) is a bi-annual scholarly journal publishing qualitative and quantitative studies of ethics; leadership; ethics in leadership; and the nexus of ethics, leadership, and peace.
JEL also publishes scholarly book review essays of current works in the fields of ethics, leadership and peace studies serving our readers’ interests as well as a service to the relevant academic and professional professions.
Unsolicited manuscripts are subjected to standard peer (blind) review with at least two readers. JEL reviewers represent a diverse group of professional and academic experts noted for work in specific disciplines and areas of interest and research.
The writers who have been published in JEL represent a cross-section of academic and non-academic disciplines who are interested in scholarly work in the disciplines of philosophy, sociology, and psychology as well as the related areas of leadership studies, peace studies, conflict and resolution studies, Asian studies, and business studies.
